By commissioning me (celssun, the artist), you (the client) agree to the following: "I, the client understand that by commissioning the artist I am agreeing to the artist's terms of service, and that I have read and and understand the contents of the Terms of Service. Any breaching of these points will result in rejection and blacklisting from future commission work."

Please refer to my past works / samples to ensure my style suits your needs.

All clients (and characters requested for the commission) must be 18 years or older.

The artist is not responsible for lost or damaged files; please back up any files you may receive from the artist as there is no guarantee or obligation to provide replacements.

The artist has the right to fair credit and compensation for their work. Additionally, they have the right to adjust prices when necessary. Commissions requested before price changes will not be affected.

I, the artist reserve the right to reject or cancel any commission for any reason. Upon form submission, a reply will be sent within a week in regards to if the commission has been accepted.

Commission slots are not first come first serve.

If you do not have the funds to commission me, do not follow through with an order.

A completed commission will take roughly around 4-6 months (if not shorter depending on personal schedule). 4-6 months ETA begins after initial sketch of commission, and payment is received, not upon acceptance of order.

Client can request for any works in progress of their commission. However, understand I have a regular day job, therefore wips will not be every day. If not requested by the client, works in progress will be sent at the end of the work day or if clarification is needed on my end.

In my personal life, I want to make time for personal work as well. Personal art will be worked on between commissions. If that makes you uncomfortable do not commission me.

If the client needs the commission by a specific date or has any time constraints, the date has to be given at least 4 months before. I will not work with a rush deadline. If no specific date is given the commission be worked on at the regular pace (within 4-6 months ETA).

The client will always be notified of any major delays or setbacks.

Both major and minor corrections are free of charge (may change in the future).

The client is allowed a total of 2 major revisions (any additional major revisions will be $10 extra). Minor revisions are infinite. Any revisions (major or minor) are allowed during the sketch, flat color, or rough painting phase.** However, the client is only allowed minor revisions during the final painting or rendering stage. Changes requested after the rendering stage will not be accepted. **If it is something that I missed in the sign the client revision count will not be affected.

If a mistake was made in your form, please inform me.

If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted to discuss additional details and pricing.

Discord will be the default communication method. However depending on what the client is comfortable with, they are more than welcome to provide an email, or twitter handle for communication for the commission instead.

File(s) will be sent via sta.sh link through discord, email, or whatever works best for the client.

Mondays are personal rest days, so DMs or emails will not be answered until the following day.

Characters commissioned may belong to other parties but copyright over my art is mine. As the artist, I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork for portfolio usage or self-promotion.

I, the artist will not sell any commission to another individual or company (i.e. merchandise, prints, etc.), or claim the character(s) in the the artwork to be mine.

I, the artist can work on commissioned artwork during streams. If the client wishes to keep the commissioned work private (this includes streams, posting on socials, etc.), after a certain stage, due to the commission being a gift, or through NDA, they must inform the artist in the form.

Use of my artwork (commissions or personal) is not for the use of all NFTs. This includes any advertisting or profits associated with non-fungible tokens such as blockchains, cryptocurrency, etc. Additionally, I do not authorize the download and use of my works in AI generators, databases, or websites. All are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes. The commissioned artwork will remain for personal use only. Client is allowed to repost commission online with proper credit.

The client is strictly prohibited from claiming credit, editing, redrawing, reselling, trading, modifying, distributing, or using personal work for advertising or promotional purposes.

Listed prices are estimates and can increase according to the complexity of the commission, please be aware of that.

The client will be informed of the final quote based on their form. In which the client is more than welcome to decline or accept.

Payment for work is to be provided either upfront or 50/50. Payment plans may be optional and open for discussion.

The client will receive a PayPal invoice which must be paid within 48 hours (2 days) after the initial sketch. Unless a payment plan was discussed before. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled.

I do not accept venmo, cash app, credits, or any other form of payment except for PayPal.

I do not (and will not) accept NFTs or cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

You may cancel the order at any time but refunds will depend on the stage of the commission. For a full refund it will only be accepted before the commission (work has not started), partial (while working on it) a (50%) refund is accepted during the sketch, flat color, or rough painting phase. If requesting a refund after (rendering, finishing touches, or work has been sent to the client) the commission is complete, it will not be accepted. TLDR; before (commission - 100% refund) | during (commission - 50%) | after (commission - 0% refund).

Exception: If I am unable to finish the commission (due to private reasons, technical issues, and/or longevity of commission), the client will be personally contacted and have the option of either resuming the commission or receiving a full refund.

Refunds may be affected by PayPal charges.

Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged files.

If the final result of the commission is missing something that the client wants to have (but not indicated when placing an order), a refund is not an option as it equates to the commission being complete.

PayPal (USD) only.

Payment will be sent through invoice only.

No refunds.

Only bid if you are serious and committed to making the payment at the end.

Do not: claim credit, edit, redraw, resell, trade, heavily modify, distribute, or use personal artwork for advertising (commercial usage).

Please do not re-upload / re-post my artwork on any other site. However, if you own the auction piece reposting is allowed. But never delete or hide my credits. Please link it back to my account appropriately.

Please do not use any of my art (auctioned or not) for the use of all NFTs. This includes advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens such as blockchains, cryptocurrency, etc.

Please do not upload any of my art to any AI databases, generators, and/or websites.

Payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) of the auction concluding unless discussed otherwise.

If the piece is still in the WIP phase the turnaround time may vary due to commissions or current art being worked on. Default for the time being is 2-4 months.

Any auctioned work is allowed to be used as an original character (oc). However, as stated above no resells or trades are not allowed.

The final bidder will become the sole owner of the character and only light modifications are allowed.

Light modification of the character is allowed (i.e. adding color, changing hairstyle, changing clothes, etc.) Heavy modifications are not.
