What tablet and program do you use?
• Huion Kamvas Pro 13 as my tablet and in regards to programs I use Clip Studio Paint for all of my work, with the exception of animations. For effects / animations I specifically use Photoshop.How long have you been drawing?

• At the moment no, taking on requests became a little too much for me to manage. But, I would like to get back into doing that at some point.Can we collab or art trade?

• No. I do not allow reposts of any of my art or ocs. I do not allow my art to be used for icons. Please do not use my art. Understand that this makes me uncomfortable and doesn't benefit me as an artist in any way.When do you open commissions?
Currently commissions open at random.Why is my commission taking so long?
• Outside of commissions I have my own life. I have a day job and I have to take care of my well being. Personal things in my life may come up. I'm taking precaution by giving myself enough time to work on the commission without the feeling of being rushed. Time management is a skill that I personally need to work on. Eventually I hope to reach a point where commissioned art will not take a long amount of time. Until then this is where I am currently. I hope that's understandable.

Please read my terms of service carefully, do not skip this as it is for both our protection. Failure to do so will result in you not recieving work from me.
By commissioning me, you have read and comply with these terms.
update (as of 09/13/2021):I will no longer be accepting a large quantity of orders at a time. I realized that taking on a lot led to me getting overwhelmed and experiencing burnout.
More overly, I ended up not finishing commissions and failed to deliver the commissions as stated. Which rightfully so made fellow clients upset and
disappointed (which I completely understand, and do not want whatsoever). As of late I have contacted clients who's commissions I have neglected.
Due to that I will be only accepting one order at a time. At max two. To not only improve with time management but give my clients art that they paid for.
▌ INFORMATIONGENERAL
The artist may be referred to as "I" or "me" in these terms. The client may be referred to as "you" in these terms.
By commissioning me (celssun, the artist), you (the client) agree to the following: "I, the client understand that by commissioning the artist that I am agreeing to the artist's terms of service, and that I have read and and understand the contents of the Terms of Service." Any breaching of these points will result in rejection and blacklisintg from future commission work."
Please refer to my past works / samples to ensure my style suits your needs.
All clients (and characters requested for the commission) must be 18 years or older.
The artist is not responsible for lost or damaged filed; please back up any files you may recieve from the artist as there is no guarentee or obligation to provide replacements.
The artist has the right to fair credit and compensation of their work. Additionally, they have the right to adjust prices when neccessary. Commissions requested before price changes will not be affected.
I, the artist reserve the right to reject or cancel any commission for any reason. Upon form submission a reply will be sent within a week in regards to if the commission has been accepted.
Commission slots are not first come first serve.
If you do not have the funds to commission me, please do not follow through with an order.
DEADLINES + DELIVERY
A completed commission will take roughly around 4-6 months (if not shorter depending on personal schedule). 4-6 months ETA begins after initial sketch of commisssion, and payment is received, not upon acceptance of order.
Client can request for any works in progress of their commission. However, please understand I am an adult with a regular day job as well, therefore wips will not be everyday. If not requested by client, works in progress will be sent at the end of the work day or if clarification is needed on my end.
As previously stated I work, and in my personal life I want to make time for personal work as well. Personal art will be worked on between commissions. If that makes you uncomfortable please do not commission me.
If client needs the commission by a specific date or has any time constraints, the date has to be given at least 4 months prior to. I will not work with a rush deadline. If no specific date is given the commission be worked on at the regular pace (within 4-6 months ETA).
Client will always be notified of any major delays or setbacks.
REVISIONS
Both major and minor corrections are free of charge (may change in the future).
Client is allowed a total of 4 major revisions. Minor revisions are infinite. Any revisions (major or minor) are allowed during the sketch, flat color, or rough painting phase. However, the client is only allowed minor revisions during the final painting or rendering stage. Changes requested after the rendering stage will not be accepted.
If a mistake was made in your form, please inform me.
COMMUNICATION
If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted to discuss additional details and pricing.
Email will be the default communication method. However depending on what the client is comfortable with, they are more than welcome to provide an discord, or twitter handle for communication for the commission.
File(s) will be sent via email or whatever works best for the client.
Mondays are personal rest days, so DMs or emails will not be answered until the following day.
▌ USAGE POLICY + LICENSINGCOPYRIGHT + USAGE:
Characters commissioned may belong to other parties but copyright over my art is mine. As the artist, I have full rights over my own artwork, including the right to post the artwork for portfolio usage or self-promotion.
I, the artist will not sell any commission to another individual or company (i.e. merchandise, prints, etc.), or claim the character(s) in the the artwork to be mine.
I, the artist can work on commissioned artwork during streams. If the client wishes to keep the commissioned work private (this includes streams, posting on socials, etc.), until ready to reveal, they must inform the artist in their form.
Use of my artwork (commissions or personal) is not for the use of any and all NFTs. This includes any advertisting or profits associated with non-fungible tokens such as blockchains, cryptocurrency, etc. Additionally, usage of AI generators, databases, or websites are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes. The commissioned artwork will remain for personal use only. Client is allowed to repost commission online with proper credit.
The client is strictly prohibted from claiming credit, editing, redrawing, reselling, trading, modifying, distributing, or using personal work for advertisting or promotional purposes.
▌ COSTPRICES + PAYMENT
Listed prices are estimates and can increase according to complexity of the commission, please be aware of that.
The client will be informed of the final quite based on their form. In which the client is more than welcome to decline or accept.
Payment for work is to be provided either up front or 50/50. Payment plans may be optional and open for discussion.
Client will recieve a PayPal invoice in which must be paid within 48 hours (2 days) after the inital sketch. Unless a payment plan was discussed prior to. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
I do not accept venmo, cashapp, credits, or any other form of payment except for PayPal.
I do not (and will not) accept NFTs or cryptocurrency as a form of payment.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel the order at any time but refunds will depend on the stage of the commission. For a full refund it will only be accepted before the commission (work has not started), partial (while working on it) a (50%) refund is accepted during sketch, flat color, or rough painting phase. If requesting a refund after (rendering , finishing touches, or work has been sent to client) the commission is complete, it will not be accepted. TLDR; before (commission - 100% refund) | during (commission - 50%) | after (commission - 0% refund).
Exception: If I am unable to finish the commission (due to private reasons, technical issues and/or longevity of commission), the client will be personally contacted and have the option of either resuming the commission or receiving a full refund.
Refunds may be affected by PayPal charges.
Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged files.
If the final result of the commission is missing something that the client wants to have (but not indicated when placing an order), a refund is not an option as it equates to the commission being complete.
WILL / WON'T DO
✓ | all gender identies, all skin tones / ethnicities, some species ( demons, elves, humans, vampires, etc. if unsure feel free to ask), non-complex elements (backgrounds, poses, etc.), most body modifications + piercings (tattoos, streched ears, etc.), any face details (freckles, beauty marks, birthmarks, etc.) subtle blood or gore.✕ | couples (for the time being), mecha, children or minors (this includes "aging up" underage characters), furries, animals (animal ears or tails work), real people (without their consent), armor, updos (buns, ponytails), elderly people, extreme/intense violence or gore, self-harm and/or causing harm to others, fan-art, ship art, complex elements (backgrounds, poses, etc.), anything hateful/offensive, nsfw / r18, anything in regards to pedophilia / incest / abuse.
If you have any questions regarding what I will or will not draw feel free to ask.
Please keep in mind, as previously stated I have the right to decline any order, for any reason. This applies to anything I feel uncomfortable with or consider beyond my ability to draw. As a reminder do not commission me if your commission contains any of the bolded text as it will not be accepted.
AUCTIONS
TOS reagrding auction-based artwork. This does not apply to commissions.

Payment will be sent through invoice only.
No refunds.
Only bid if you are serious and committed to making the payment at the end.
Please do not: claim credit / edit / redraw / resell / trade / heavily modify / distribute / or use personal artwork for advertising (commercial usage).
Please do not re-upload / re-post my artwork on any other site. However, if you own the auction piece you're allowed to re-post. But never delete or hide my credits. Please link it back to my account appropriately.
Personal use only.

Please do not upload any of my art to any AI databases, generators, and/or websites.
Payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) of the auction concluding unless discussed otherwise.
If piece is still in the WIP phase the turnaround time may vary due to commissions or current art being worked on. Default for the time being is 2-4 months.
Any auctioned work is allowed to be used as a original character (oc). However as stated above no resells or trades are not allowed.
The final bidder will become the sole owner of the character and only light modifications are allowed.
Light modification of the character is allowed (i.e. adding color, changing hairstyle, changing clothes, etc.) Heavy modifications are not.
